To help ensure food quality and safety, the Arizona 4-H Youth Development Program in conjunction with FFA has established a Quality Assurance & Food Safety for Arizona Youth Livestock Producers education program. Youth must participate in a workshop to receive certification and be able to exhibit livestock in each county fair and state fair.
