The Veterinary Science project is designed to help you better understand animals, and care for their welfare. You will learn how to identify different breeds of animal, interpret animal behavior, meet animals’ basic needs, identify nutrients in feeds, understand the life stages of animals, make your home safe for pets, improve bio-security in your home or farm, identify common veterinary tools, measure medications properly and a whole lot more.  You will also learn how to create health records for your animal investigate disease-causing agents, learn about genetics, investigate human-animal bonds, recognize the importance of animal population control and explore careers in veterinary science. To complete this series project you must complete a minimum of seven activities and identify at least four goals per level.
