This is an excellent beginning project that will show you how to care for various kinds of small hand pets.  The types of pets you will work with could be gerbils, snakes, frogs, or ferrets.  From a variety of activities you will learn how to be responsible for your pet, identify the animal’s parts, and how to handle, house and feed them.  Some of these activities explore genetics, pet issues, reproduction caring for newborns and exciting business careers with these pets.  The activities will help you develop communications skills, make good decisions and plan effectively.  To complete this project you must complete at least seven activities and three learning experiences per level.
